I would like to be able to mark one or several apps, and recommend them to a friend; either directly through appbrain, if they are registered, or through email.66 votes
Currently you can use the “share” functionality in the AppBrain app and also on the website.
We will make it possible to share groups of apps in the future.
And get notified when they install new applications.90 votes
For example dgirard.radar is available just in France and it not visible on AppBrain.173 votes
I'd like to keep getting fresh recommendations, and so I'd like to say "no thanks" to current recommendations so that I get new ones - a bit like linkedin.com and facebook.com when they suggest people I know.
However, I'd like also for a "no thanks" to expire after a while (eg new developments happen that make that app interesting/different).268 votes
Good idea. for now you can remove recommendations from the list in the AppBrain app.
I really dislike having to set my filter and order settings - as well as only showing apps for my verions of Android - everytime I visit.
I would like to go into my AppBrain account settings, and define a default filter, order, and apps version.
Then when showing apps on AppBrain - whther searched, hot, or categories, my account's settings for these will auto apply.9 votes
we plan to have a history feature in the next version with your most common settings
I just installed your application, and about a dozen apps from the website. I sync'd ant then pressed "perform all changes" - but this opened marlet, one app at a time - granted still quicker than searching for each app, but how much nicer it would be to have a one click solution.
For the paranoid, they can check the permissions elsewhere.... or make it optional.60 votes
I absolutely agree. We would love to provide such a feature.
However it is currently not possible since the Google Android market does not provide this functionality. And we have to go through the official Market to install the app.
We hope that Google will provide such a feature in the future.
please create simple history per user, what was installed, updated, or removed169 votes
Thanks for the suggestion. We will add this in a future version
I seem to spend my time clicking Next Page !!
Can you display more apps on the web-page - perhaps making it a user preference setting... 25, 50, 100 or even ALL ?44 votes
I agree this should be an option to show more per page
Am I being thick? I have set my twitter account but can't find a way to remove it or change it to a new one. This is so I can have my reviews go to an account I reserve for android noise. I see I can go to my apps ans my subscriptions then find new friends but once the buttons are green how can I ungreen them? I have revoked the connection from Twitter and pressed refresh.1 vote
Good point. We will add this soon.
Tag wallpaper as favorites in order to use again since there is no search capapbility12 votes
I want a place where i can search exclusively for apps that are or have home screen widgets.6 votes
With the new Install Wallpapers function, please create a way to search for wallpapers or at least allow more than 40 screens. I am looking for one I saw this morning and cannot find it again (maybe also keep a history of installed wallpapers since there is no way to store them on the phone)8 votes
I would like to be able to add certain users as friends, and be notified of new apps they install.14 votes
Like a "digg this" button but it adds it to AppBrain to sync later. this means when you read a review you can click one button to install it to your phone.17 votes
- Don't see your idea?
